Rules for using JAMMY

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and JAMMY GROUP INC. for JAMMY accounts, apps, events, tickets, programs, community features, and connected services.

Last updated August 21, 2026

1. Scope and agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and JAMMY GROUP INC. In these terms, “JAMMY,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean JAMMY GROUP INC. “Services” means the consumer and attendee services we operate that link to these terms, including, where available, JAMMY, JAMMY Accounts, JAMMY CON, JAMMY DANCE, JAMMY MARKET, JAMMY PHOTO, Kawaii Alley, websites, mobile and web apps, ticket and badge tools, events, community features, support, and related services.

You agree to these terms when you create an account, select an acceptance control, complete a purchase or registration that incorporates them, or use an affected Service after receiving legally sufficient notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account, complete the transaction, or use the affected Service.

Additional rules

A purchase, event, venue, class, contest, fan activity, waiver, photo experience, artist-management requirement, or feature may have additional rules. Those specific rules supplement these terms and control for the subject they directly address. Purchase terms shown at checkout remain part of that purchase and are not retroactively replaced unless you agree or applicable law permits the change.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Separate agreements apply to vendors, performers, sponsors, employees, contractors, volunteers, media, and other business or workforce relationships where provided.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and security

Age and guardians

You must be at least 13 to create a standalone JAMMY Account. A parent or legal guardian may use an adult account to create or manage an eligible child participant profile for JAMMY DANCE or another supported activity. If you cannot enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept the applicable terms and rules for you. Features may have higher age requirements.

Provide accurate age and eligibility information. A guardian managing a participant profile confirms that they are authorized to do so and will supervise participation as required by the applicable program.

Account information and security

Provide information that is accurate enough for the Service, keep it reasonably current, and protect your email account, passwords, passkeys, devices, recovery methods, and active sessions. Promptly revoke an unfamiliar session and contact Support if you believe an account, ticket, or private share link has been compromised.

We may require reasonable account, device, ticket, transaction, identity, age, or guardian verification before a sensitive change, recovery, protected feature, or privacy request. Do not sell or transfer an account, share access in a way that defeats age, role, ticket, or safety controls, or use another account to evade a limit, restriction, or ban. Having more than one account is not by itself a violation.

3. Electronic communications and notices

You agree that we may provide transactional and legally permitted notices electronically, including account, ticket, registration, security, safety, privacy, and policy notices. Keep your contact information current. Delivery can be affected by network, device, provider, and notification settings, so check the applicable Service and event information when timing matters.

Marketing messages are separate from necessary service communications. You can manage available marketing preferences or use the unsubscribe method in a commercial message. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary operational, safety, purchase, or account messages.

4. Service features and availability

Features may be introduced, changed, paused, restricted, or discontinued and may vary by event, program, city, device, release, or account role. We may perform maintenance or make changes for security, legal, operational, accessibility, or product reasons. We will provide notice or remedies where required by law or applicable purchase terms.

Internet, cellular, device, battery, camera, notification, Wallet, map, venue, and third-party systems can affect availability. Save required tickets or information using available offline features before arriving at an event. Support and event staff cannot guarantee recovery of content, tickets, or access when the information provided is insufficient or the controlling third-party system is unavailable.

5. Tickets, registrations, and purchases

Seller and checkout terms

The checkout, order summary, confirmation, event description, and purchase-specific rules identify what is sold, the seller, price, currency, taxes, fees, delivery, and applicable refund, cancellation, transfer, resale, and admission terms. Review them before purchasing and keep the confirmation. A third-party ticketing or payment provider may also have terms that apply to its service.

Refunds, changes, and transfers

Refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, resale, ticket limits, event cancellation, postponement, and material changes are governed by the purchase-specific rules and applicable law. The master terms do not make every purchase final sale or remove a remedy the law provides. Contact the seller identified in the transaction when requesting a purchase remedy.

Tickets and digital passes

A ticket, QR code, badge, or Wallet pass is a revocable credential, not a guarantee of admission regardless of circumstances. Protect it from copying or disclosure. Admission may be refused when a ticket is invalid, refunded, transferred, duplicated, used already, obtained fraudulently, restricted, or inconsistent with disclosed event rules. Buying for another attendee does not give you authority to accept a personal waiver for them unless the process and law permit it.

6. Events and attendance

Follow lawful venue, safety, accessibility, photography, recording, bag, prohibited-item, queue, seating, re-entry, age, wristband, artist, public-health, and staff instructions. Reasonable and lawful entry screening may include ticket or identification checks, bag or prop inspection, metal detection, or other disclosed venue measures. Refusing a lawful condition of entry may result in denied entry.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, fight, steal, disrupt performances, enter restricted areas, interfere with staff, or attend while dangerously impaired. We or the venue may deny entry, remove a person, restrict future attendance, or contact emergency services when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or rule enforcement. Any refund consequence is governed by the purchase terms, circumstances, and non-waivable law.

Changes, safety, and property

Guests, artists, instructors, activities, schedules, rooms, access zones, venues, and production elements may change. Weather, emergencies, technical failures, venue closures, government directions, or other circumstances may delay, shorten, relocate, interrupt, or end an event. Follow onsite instructions; re-entry is not guaranteed unless staff confirm it.

Keep personal property secure and participate responsibly. Ordinary support is not an emergency service. For an immediate medical emergency or threat, contact local emergency services and nearby venue, security, or JAMMY staff.

7. Event photography and recording

JAMMY events may occur in public or shared spaces where JAMMY, venues, artists, accredited media, sponsors, vendors, performers, and attendees photograph, record, or livestream activities. Event notices may describe planned official recording. Incidental crowd capture can still occur even when a person does not pose or interact with a camera.

If you have a privacy, safety, accessibility, cultural, or minor-related concern, contact Support before the event or speak to designated staff onsite. We will consider reasonable options such as identifying lower-recording areas or informing official media teams, but cannot promise exclusion from every background image, livestream, attendee recording, or independently controlled venue camera.

Do not use event media to harass, exploit, misrepresent, or invade another person’s privacy. Follow artist, venue, performance, flash, tripod, and commercial-recording rules. A separate release or express permission may be required for staged, featured, testimonial, or promotional participation.

8. JAMMY DANCE and physical programs

Registration terms identify the program, eligibility, schedule, price, payment status, attendance, cancellation, transfer, credit, and accommodation rules. Instructors, rooms, dates, times, formats, and program content may change. Remedies for a JAMMY-cancelled or materially changed paid program follow the registration terms and applicable law.

Dance and physical activities involve exertion and ordinary risks. Follow instructor and venue directions, use appropriate judgment, and disclose only the safety or accommodation information reasonably requested through the applicable process. A program may require a participant waiver, guardian consent, media choice, or emergency-care authorization. These master terms do not replace those documents.

Auditions, performance opportunities, casting, and advancement are not guaranteed. Decisions may consider eligibility, preparation, safety, attendance, program fit, capacity, and artistic or operational needs, subject to applicable rules and law.

9. JAMMY PHOTO

Temporary booth delivery

JAMMY PHOTO may capture, process, print, and deliver photos or videos from a physical booth. A booth share page uses a tokenized link and may not require a separate account, password, or code. Anyone who obtains the link may be able to view or download the media until it expires or is disabled, so share it only with people you trust.

Temporary booth media and its share link are designed to expire 24 hours after the media session is created or upload begins. Processing and deletion may require limited operational time, and non-media records may remain where reasonably needed for delivery, deletion proof, security, support, fraud prevention, accounting, or law. Download important files promptly.

Account imports and ownership

If you import booth media into a JAMMY Account library, the imported copy may remain until you delete it or delete the account, subject to backup, safety, dispute, and legal exceptions described in the Privacy Policy. Importing does not extend the original booth link.

You retain rights you have in your private booth media. You give JAMMY a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, format, print, transmit, display, and delete it as needed to provide and protect the feature. We will not use private booth media for advertising, public promotion, or generative-AI training without separate express permission.

Ensure everyone deliberately included in a booth session understands the capture and sharing. For a paid service failure, contact Support promptly with the session details. Depending on the issue, applicable terms, available records, and law, an appropriate remedy may be a reprint, repeat session, credit, refund, or other case-specific solution.

10. Community, chat, and safety

Community features may include profiles, reactions, direct or group messages, voice notes, media, reports, and blocking. They are not emergency services and are not guaranteed to be private from JAMMY. Authorized personnel and automated systems may process relevant content for delivery, moderation, abuse prevention, support, safety, and legal compliance. In JAMMY MARKET, message text, edited message text, and supported message media may be checked before delivery. Content may be held from the recipient or removed while review continues.

Text messages may support editing for a limited period and senders may be able to unsend content, but copies or records can remain in notifications, recipient devices, safety records, backups, reports, or legal holds. Do not rely on deletion to retrieve information another person has already seen or saved.

Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, stalking, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams, spam, unlawful material, unsafe meetup requests, or another person’s private information. Do not pressure anyone to share contact, location, payment, identity, or intimate details. Use available block and report tools in good faith and do not file knowingly false or retaliatory reports.

11. JAMMY MARKET

JAMMY MARKET is for standalone JAMMY Account holders age 13 or older and is a connection tool, not a checkout service. JAMMY is not the buyer, seller, payment processor, shipper, escrow provider, or transaction guarantor in a user-arranged exchange.

Account holders age 13–17 may browse, list, trade, message, and make offers using youth-safe MARKET protections. If either collector uses youth-safe MARKET mode, an in-person sale or trade must use the approved Kawaii Alley location or a currently published JAMMY CON safe zone shown in the accepted offer. The feature does not disclose which collector triggered that requirement. Verify opening hours, event access requirements, and staff directions before travelling. An approved location does not guarantee supervision, payment, authenticity, access, or completion of an exchange.

Automated safety tools may allow, hold, or remove MARKET messages and media. JAMMY may also limit media, mute messaging, or suspend MARKET access. A serious MARKET suspension may remain active until an approved appeal or another authorized review restores access. For an apparent critical and immediate safety risk, JAMMY may apply a temporary whole-account safety lock while authorized personnel review the situation. Eligible automated outcomes and restrictions can be appealed in the Service or through Support for human review. Read JAMMY MARKET Safety & Appeals for the user-facing process.

Describe collectibles honestly, including price or trade preference, condition, damage, alterations, included items, and whether an item is official, fan-made, unofficial, or of uncertain origin. A verification indicator means only what the feature states; it is not an endorsement, background check, authenticity certificate, guarantee of legal capacity, or promise of good conduct.

Prohibited listings and transactions include counterfeit, stolen, illegal, regulated, recalled, adult, hateful, deceptive, or unsafe items; ticket resale; weapons; drugs; payment accounts; personal data; mystery or lottery-style sales; and items that infringe another person’s rights. Do not manipulate listings, reviews, reports, prices, or verification.

Use caution with external payments and do not send funds, credentials, codes, or identity documents under pressure. Meet in a public, suitable place, tell a trusted person, inspect the item, and leave if conditions feel unsafe. JAMMY does not collect shipping addresses, hold funds, verify delivery, issue marketplace refunds, or provide buyer or seller protection. We may preserve relevant records, restrict features, or assist lawful investigations, but do not guarantee resolution or compensation.

12. Your content and JAMMY intellectual property

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give JAMMY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, transmit, display, moderate, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the feature where you submitted it. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where a copy must remain for safety, legal compliance, backup, dispute handling, or another user’s legitimate record.

You must have the rights, consents, and permissions needed for what you submit. Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and venue rules. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve JAMMY without payment or attribution.

JAMMY materials

JAMMY and its licensors own their names, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, event materials, and other protected content. Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted. Send a sufficiently detailed rights complaint to Support, including the work, location, claimed right, contact information, and a good-faith explanation.

13. Acceptable use

Do not use a Service to break the law or another person’s rights; impersonate a person or organization; exploit or endanger a minor; distribute malware; phish or defraud; evade an access, ticket, rate, safety, or enforcement control; or collect personal information without authority.

Do not scrape, crawl, index, probe, reverse engineer, decompile, overload, disrupt, automate access to, or test the vulnerability of a Service except where applicable law permits the activity despite this restriction or JAMMY gives written authorization. Do not copy or commercially exploit Service content, create a competing dataset, interfere with event operations, or misuse support, reporting, verification, or account-recovery tools.

14. Moderation, restrictions, and account deletion

We may review reports and relevant content, hold or remove content, reduce visibility, revoke verification, limit features, suspend accounts, deny event access where authorized, preserve safety records, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce applicable rules, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with law, or protect a Service or event.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact JAMMY Support. Eligible significant restrictions may receive a human Support review, considering safety, privacy, legal, anti-abuse, and confidentiality needs. An authorized reviewer may uphold, reverse, narrow, extend, or otherwise adjust an outcome. A review does not guarantee reinstatement or disclosure of protected information, confidential detection methods, or another person’s report.

You may stop using JAMMY and schedule account deletion as explained at jammygroup.ca/delete-account. The account is disabled during a 30-day recovery period before the deletion process proceeds. Some records or de-identified information may remain where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, backup rotation, or another person’s legitimate record.

16. Disputes, changes, and general terms

Contact Support first when practical so we can try to understand and resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting a mandatory right to bring a claim in another permitted forum. Nothing requires mandatory arbitration, waives participation in a class proceeding, or shortens a statutory limitation period.

We may update these terms as Services, practices, and requirements change. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice or seek renewed acceptance when required. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless law permits otherwise.

These terms and applicable specific rules are the agreement for the consumer Services they address. If a provision cannot be enforced, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. Headings are for convenience only. Provisions that reasonably need to survive—including ownership, licences for retained copies, records, safety, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and payment obligations—continue after access ends.
